Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an in-store credit.

To be eligible for a in-store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at toobrokegirlsboutique@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Although we do inspect our inventory upon receiving and shipping, we ask that you please inspect your order once you have received it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, undergarments (bathing suits, lingerie), and accessories (hats, jewelry).


Exchanges
In order to make an exchange, please return the item you have, and once returned, we will reach out to you via email with the next steps.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the in-store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be contacted.
